All content, software, and AI models provided by ASG Solutions are the exclusive property of ASG Solutions or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use our services according to the specific service agreement purchased.
4. Limitation of Liability
ASG Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our cloud or AI services. We provide our platform on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties of any kind.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Madhya Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
